Kelley Yemen is the new bicycle and pedestrian coordinator for Hennepin County. Hennepin County maintains and designs the county roads in Minneapolis, including Lowry Avenue, Penn Avenue North, Lyndale Avenue, Lake Street, Franklin Avenue, and others.
