This Thursday, November 19th, the Minneapolis Bicycle Coalition will be hosting a celebration for all of our volunteers and members! As a volunteer-run and member-funded organization, we want to take out time to celebrate all the amazing efforts of everyone who helps us do the work we do!
Are you a volunteer? Calling all volunteers! This is for all Open Streets, outreach, work group and committee members to come out and celebrate your accomplishments. Whether you’ve volunteered once at an Open Streets or regularly attend a work group meeting, you’re a volunteer! All the work we do is thanks to your help!
Are you a member? Calling all members! Members support the work of the Bicycle Coalition by making a financial contribution to help us keep working to make Minneapolis an even greater place to bike! If you've signed up as a member or made a donation through our website or at an event - you're a member of the Minneapolis Bicycle Coalition!
So you’re a volunteer, member, or BOTH, why else should you come? Easy! Not only will we be celebrating you for everything you have given us, but we have some fantastic plans for the evening. It's a free event featuring light bites from Gandhi Mahal and The Wedge Community Co-op, music, live entertainment (hint: juggling MAY be involved), a glimpse into the Coalition's future, and a family-friendly environment.
