Strategic Planning has been happening in recent months and we expect to release the new plan shortly as we completed our 2013 - 2015 plan early!
The Coalition adopted a 2013-2015 strategic plan on March 5, 2013 to guide our work. It includes the Coalition’s Vision, Mission, Core Values, Goals, Strategies, Key Initiatives, Organizational Structure, and Benchmarks. It was created over 7 months with input from more than 40 people.
This plan replaced our initial strategic plan: Minneapolis Bicycle Coalition Strategic Plan 2011-2012
