The Franklin Bridge (and the protected bikeways and trails leading up to and connected to it) is finally open to cars, and mostly open to bikes and peds. This is something to celebrate!

This is a Hennepin County event.

There will be around a dozen people speaking.
A procession for people walking and on bikes- both sides of the bridge will be opening.
There will be cookies, hot cider, and apples for snacking.
There will be pumpkins to paint!
